Denver Non-Profit Organization: Neighborly Service
Helping children through life-changing programs in the neighborhoods of near southwest Denver
Neighborly Service is a Denver non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status. We invest in innovative programs that help children in targeted neighborhoods in Denver, Colorado. Through financial support and human capital, we give neighborhood programs the ability to expand their resources, achieve long-term sustainability, and make a deep, measurable impact on the local community.
The programs we support find unique ways to solve problems facing children at risk, children living in poverty, and children in hopeless situations.
Support a non-profit organization with a neighborhood focus
Neighborly Service has a long tradition of helping children in Denver neighborhoods. We got our start 70 years ago in the Curtis Park neighborhood of Five Points. Today, we serve five adjacent communities on Denver's near southwest side: Auraria / Lincoln Park, Baker, Valverde, Athmar Park and Ruby Hill. These neighborhoods surround the Santa Fe Art District.
What makes these neighborhoods special?
Our Denver non-profit organization has a successful track record there, from programs such as Fatherhood Support Services to the Child Enrichment Center of the Central Denver Language School. We see continued opportunities in these communities to reach at-risk children. And these neighborhoods are close to our historic roots in Curtis Park.
